Starting a workout regime
Sure, I’m supposed to lose 100 pounds. I join Weight Watchers, and lose 15 pretty quickly. But then the holiday season takes over, the pounds fluctuate, and not much else happens. I just like food too much!
So we got a home gym. I know if I can sit down, I’ll be fine lifting weights, and doing all the other things to get in shape. Well, at least so far. We got it set up last night, and I used it last night, and again this morning (5:30, no less!). If I can keep it up, I think it will make the difference.
100 pounds is still a long way to go.
